If you post a comment or other content, you keep ownership of it and give us permission to show it on the site. Don’t post anything illegal, abusive, hateful or spam, or anyone’s private information. We can remove anything we think breaks these rules.
Copyright complaints and takedowns
If you appear in our content and want it reviewed, or you believe something on the site infringes your copyright, email info@hoodboxoffice.com with your contact details, the page, and what you want changed. For copyright notices, include the work you own, a statement that you believe in good faith the use isn’t authorized, and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and that you own the rights or act for the owner. We review every request and remove material when appropriate.
Purchases and refunds
Merchandise linked from this site is sold and shipped through our Hood Box Office shop. Its product page shows the price, shipping and return terms. If an order arrives damaged or wrong, email info@hoodboxoffice.com within 14 days and we will replace it or refund you.

We link to other websites. We aren’t responsible for their content, their policies or anything you buy from them.
Disclaimers and limits
The site is provided “as is” and may sometimes be unavailable. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Governing law
